Biomedical projects

In this thread, I'd like to share some biomedical projects. The first one is a knee prosthesis based on the following expired patent: https://patents.google.com/patent/US4136405A/en

It was modeled in FreeCAD 0.21 dev and rendered in Link Branch.

Thank you. I graduated in biomedical engineering. Now I work with FEA in general but, among all those automotive topics, I still get to deal with some biomedical projects. There’s a wide range of applications for numerical simulations in medicine.
