FC 21 DEV: BUG BIM_SKETCH not created in Custom defined plane?

I am using:

Installed mods: 
  * BIM 2021.12.0

• Select a plane for Custom defined Plane

• Then add a BIM SKETCH

The Sketch is not created within the user defined plane, but in "TOP" orientation.
Is this a bug?

Hi thank you!

Using the actual build, with SKETCHER WB I can create a sketch within the custom defined workplane, but not within the BIM Sketch (it is still oriented in "TOP" workplane).
