No results with CalculiX ?

Hello everyone, i'm a french student in my first year of engineering. I'm about to do a deformation test in real life with a strain gauge. But first, i want to modelize it in Freecad to be sure of where to fix it on my system. I no it's not perfect at all but here is where i'm now (on the screen).

Could someone explain me how to fix that and why it doesn't work please ? Thanks.

The mesh requires an improvement. Try significantly increasing its density (reducing element size).
