CfdOF WB screen video tutorial

Post by fangman6210 »

I am a newcomer to FreeCAD and my skills are basic. I am old, and my brain does inexplicably dumb things at times, but when it's working, I design windsurfing fins for use in GPS speed sailing competitions as a hobby. With the help of member onekk I am able to produce fin designs in FreeCAD. I am hoping to use FreeCAD and OpenFoam to analyse my fin designs so I can produce stable fins with very low drag.

I am keen to understand how to use the CfdOF workbench. I have been watching YouTube tutorials in order to learn. Unfortunately, when I try myself I always manage to mess it up somehow, and I am frustrated by my lack of progress.

I am hoping to find a FreeCAD user who can make a detailed screen recording of all the FreeCAD steps and processes required to generate a CFD analysis of one of my FreeCAD fins, virtually mounted in the base of a windsurfing board. I am willing to pay a reasonable sum for this video tutorial.

Anyone interested? :)
