In view of the coming 0.21 release soon, wondering if the current release notes has included most of the new features, bug fixes, and if BIM WB should be included? Hope there are peoples who have resources working on this.

I didn't know that the terrain could also be a solid.
I was just thinking mesh.
I think there is some mistake because link open this page: [Arch] fix Arch_Stairs recompute issue #8444
( The Terrain of an Arch Site can now also be a solid. Pull request #8444 )

I have added 3 PRs that I felt were important enough.
Note that some bug fixes were backported, these are not mentioned in either the release notes of V0.20 or V0.21.

These are mostly bugfixes... Not sure if that's worth adding to the release notes?
