I just learned that the TNP is also an issue with fillets...
My document seems to have gotten bitten by the TPN snake.
Is there any repair that can be ran?
(Or do I have to redo my model?? Argh)
How do you handle changes you need to make after fillets are applied?
(Is it safe to delete them, make changes, redo fillets?)
This TPN thing is going to be the end of me LoL...
Thanks

Hello johnstonf,
being myself a beginner, I truly can feel your pains ...
Even though it's only a draft, you may find the informations where to look for in this topic: Help-links on unexpected behaviour of FreeCAD (TNP-related) [Draft]
Hope it helps!

Re: Fillet TNP issue any antivenom ?
Save your file and try.
You can do fillets inside sketch, it will not suffer from TNP.
Do fillet the more upstream (less chance of modification) or more downstrea (but you need to redo it each time).
Re: Fillet TNP issue any antivenom ?
You can redo the fillets by double clicking on the filet in the tree. If you have built the rest of the model as stable as possible, this works rather well.
I am one of the few guys here to recommend to add fillets as early as possible into the model. This is of course only advised, if you make the rest as stable as possible, i.e. never ever attach a sketch to a face or reference an edge of a generated feature.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.

Re: Fillet TNP issue any antivenom ?
There is around a wiki page about TNP reporting some advices to reduce the risk to be bitten by TNP.
Search for TNP in Wiki and you will probably find it.
