Having a timeline like the Linux distro timeline is quite convenient, there are quite some distros to. The idea having something like that for FreeCAD was born reviewing Youtube videos, to be precise it was the user @bambuko wo came up with the versions and videos. In FreeCAD related videos is rarely mentioned what version is used. Because i am to lazy to look up the corresponding date of the video to the FreeCAD version i decided to make a PDF time line.
The idea was including the logo annually along with the version, but the versions have to be put down more precise. According to the FreeCAD Wiki i came up with this... Source SVG file is attached.
It is the first design of the document, improvements are welcome. Hope this will be helpful...
