I couldn't find any threads discussing the implementation of these commands. I want to Contribute my 50 cents...

Std_StoreWorkingView
Std_RecallWorkingView

Why this commands named as Working View, because it is used everywhere in documentation is using Active View or Current Active View.
And why Recall? Why not Restore?

This does not mean that needs to rename something.
Just curious, maybe I'm don't know something.

just a wild guess but my understanding is that Active View refers to the active 3d view object itself, while working view in this case refers specifically to the camera position of said active view.
