Is it possible to set the length of the leader line attached to an arrowhead? I want to be able to eliminate the leader line problems shown here (without increasing the distance to the dimension value).

There is no direct control of the leader length. You could try adjusting "Rendering Extent" and/or standard/style properties.

Thanks for the reply.
None of the choices available in Rendering and Standards affect the arrowhead leader length so I guess it can't be done.
