Windsurfing fin workflow paid tutorial/screen recording

Hello all. This is my first post, so I hope I have got the forum etiquette correct. Please point me in the right direction if I haven't.
I am hoping to find a FreeCAD user who can provide a screen recording of the work flow required model a windsurfing fin from start to finish. I am a newbie, but I wish to learn how to use FreeCAD to model and print my own fins in the future. The fins are swept and the foil used varies along the wingspan. I will provide all relevant parameters, drawings, and STEP examples of completed fins. I have included a link to YouTube video of a typical fin design. https://youtu.be/M7VpJIZjhus

I think that Beltrami would be perfect to design fins for slalom, freeride, wave, etc
