Constraint Displacement: How to allow only a Positive Displacement in one axis
How is it possible to add a FEM displacement constraint that an element is not fully fixed but not fully free in one axis/direction. I need to restrict the displacement in negative X but want to allow a positive X displacement.

There are no such boundary conditions but it's usually sufficient to include contact with a rigid surface in such cases.

Thanks.
Therefore, I need to model the contact plane/solid and include them in the mesh or can I create the contact directly on one object?

Yes, geometry of a rigid part has to be prepared and meshed. And there are some other limitations regarding contact that are specific to CalculiX: viewtopic.php?t=62307
