I am trying to model a building (a house). Many times I wonder what is the recommended / best practice / proper way to do things. I am no civil engineer or architect.
I'd like to define some "compound structure" (CBE in the attached file). It is a column over a concrete block, over a concrete "stick" that fills a hole drilled on the ground (I don't know the technical term... a "stake"?).
Now, I'd like this structure to be cloned and "snapped" in wall corners and "T" junctions. I would love if this could happen without me having to carefully place it on the precise location inside the wall. What is the proper / nicer / better (best practice) / full megazord way to do that?
