Would you try in FreeCAD python console and post the output:

Code: Select all

import BOLTS
Would you have a look at your user Mod directory? Is there a directory named BOLTSFC. Has it some contents?

Thanks Import BOLTS return with no error :)

BOLTSFC exists;

and now the macro run without error ! :roll:

I give my best ... I drop a post if the boltsfc AddOn was updated. Than you just need to update boltsfc with AddOn manager.

It would be cool if you would have an eye on it if there are miss takes in there in the new BluesScope profiles.

I have upgraded my installation of Bolts and had a quick look at a couple of CHS profiles. I think the way the Lysaghts tables are set out may have caused a problem. Please compare that table with the Australian Tube Mill table both of which are attached.

Perhaps you could send me the Bolts CHS template so I can delve into it a bit further.
