who can create this part fastest? it doesn't have to be parametric.

Datum Plane is redundant. Probably only need one polar pattern. Should have done the 3-point attachment to the sketches, not to the polar pattern geometry. But it works...

It took about one hour. I was a bit too tired and made it a hexagon shape at first. Then it took a while to convert it to octagon.
Now that I know how to build it my way, it won't take longer as relaxed 10 minutes. :D
