How would you develop a square to round elbow in freecad? See images.
My question a few days ago. Saw a youtube video last night on how to do this. Shows different ways with Part and Part design, limits and issues.

Hope it helps.

My question a few days ago.
Can you give link to that question?

Edit:

That fitting in the YouTube video is not a standard fitting.

this vid uses v18 FreeCAD
we are now on v21
whilst general principles may still be the same,
there may also be so many differences that it should come (like all YT vids)
with a warning
I am using Link branch and Assembly3
you can also download ... and try it here

Where is the official release of 21? I go to the FreeCAD download and only am offered 20.2.

I ran through the video last night with 20.2 and it doesn't work for my purpose so I would like to see a better solution.

at the marked point i can't get any further with the draft fillet function. we are looking for the simplest way to get approximately this result in draft

the reference value results from mixed operation with Sketcher, 30 seconds for me. my suggestion in draft is also 30 seconds. is there a faster way?

That is a situation where it makes 0 sense to use draft, you can do that in just sketcher in 10 seconds or less
