I'm not shooting the messenger, but I'm pointing out that this just released OCE version is two major releases removed from the latest OCCT which is 7.1.0.

OCC 6.9.1 was released back in September 2015.

Unfortunately it looks like OCE can't keep up with OCCT development anymore...
