Linking several fuselage of aeroplane

Post by RobertHK »

[commit][/commit]Hello everyone. I have a question: How can I connect several counters fuselage (solids) and cover the mesh or surfaces?
I had a (naive) idea: wrap all the general shape (here, for example, cylinder) and then - in the nodes snap to fuselages.
Something like heat-shrinkable tubing electrician when heated. Of course - the more fuselage - the higher the precision of shape. ;)

This is a help request. Why was it posted in the Open discussion forum and not in the Help forum? And why the moderator who replied didn't notice? ;)

Perhaps you could map a sketch to each face, with help from the external geometry too, copy the edges, then try a multi profile Loft or Sweep.
