Indeed, I think because the cutting profile moved a bit. I've copied Sketch_cut_profile from remodel_v1 into remodel_v1_x3 and marked it in the tree view.

My preference is to center the geometry in the profile sketch, and attach that sketch to the path, normal or frenet mode.

The cutting profile is aligned with cutting path but attached with 0.001 mm shift inward the pad to avoid another coplanarity UPD: hmm, seems I'd not save a file before attach.
