Qt Plugin Build Instructions

Have the instructions on how to build the Qt plugin for FC widgets been removed from the wiki? I don't seem to be able to find them.

It's buried in a subsection of the compilation instructions: https://wiki.freecad.org/Compile_on_Linux
Search for "Qt designer plugin".
