Hello, can someone help me how to draw this, I've only been using the program for a few days and I don't know what to do next.

We call something a "drawing", that can be printed on paper. FreeCAD drawings are created with the TechDraw workbench. what you probably want is to "model" this thing.

I would start with a revolve,
cut the two small holes with a pocket
cut the slanted part with another pocket
and add a fillet.
