I discovered this release that is in FreeCAD.
I tried it and even doesn't have (or it seems not having) the TNP.
As I saw on Git Hub,it should be FreeCAD. But I'm confused.
is it a kind of beta version and will it be implemented in 0.21?
Is it else?
I don't understand.
i see it's fully compatible with my projects as well

Re: What is: Realthunder?
It is an experimental fork of FreeCAD, very used around, but beware that is not 100% compatible with FreeCAD by author warning.
TNP is not avoided it is mitigated and TNP implementation in FreeCAD master is based on code from RealThunder, but it is not 100% based on his code.
Realthunder (RT) is a very clever guy but his developing his own fork with little help from other users, so it is not in sync with master FreeCAD as you could see from GitHub data about commits.
RT is however a big contributor of FreeCAD and has a deep knowledge if FC internals, his explanations and forum post are very interesting and worth a read.
We must thank RT for his hard work.
Regards.

Re: What is: Realthunder?
The so-called Link Branch is a version of FreeCAD developed by Realthunder. Its main advantage is that it has toponaming fix implemented. Now FreeCAD devs are working together with Realthunder to implement this fix in the official version of FreeCAD. Link Branch has some additional improvements too (like support for multiple solids within a body, improved lighting and shadows and so on).
