reading this thread viewtopic.php?p=684508#p684508, and by curiousity I have downloaded Papyblaise's file.
we read in the tree of his file a French translation for wall.
I have tried couple commands from Arch wb and for ex, Wall, Window, CurtainWall are translated but not Project nor Stairs.
we should not have translation at this level, isn't it?

You mean the name next to the Wall object? It should be the Label, editable by pressing F2, or in the Attribute Label.
On the lower left corner of FreeCAD, you can still see it's Internal Name is 'Wall'

Looking at the Arch code it is the intention that the Labels (not the Names, these are not displayed in the Tree) of objects are translatable. But in some cases the translate function is not used correctly.
In other workbenches we also see that labels are translated. F.e. in the Part WB.
The Draft WB is an exception. I don't remember why that is.

In each country, volunteers update the translations in their languages
if updates are not made it is either for lack of time or people

I am also on Crowdin and the French Crowdin is 100% translated.
the missing of translations is coming from either missing original strings or it may happen they have been hidden to translators, to be clarified, or something else.
