Draft Constrain Not Working

Draft Constrain not working when Shift key pressed. GIF attached. FreeCAD version info below. Please note that I am running FreeCAD installed on Windows 11 Arm64 on Parallels 11 on an M1 Macbook Pro 16 inch.

Yes - pressing the Shift key does not have any effect. No matter how long I press it.

Yes. I know that. I have done this before.

This seems to be an issue with 0.20 version as well.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with Shift key or FreeCAD not recognizing the shift key. FreeCAD annotation text box does capitalization when shift key is pressed. Is anyone working with Windows 11 on Parallels for Mac?
