translation of Import-Export not automatic

open FreeCAD and select for ex. French in the Preferences.
close FreeCAD.
reopen it, FreeCAD is in French. normal.
go to Edit/Preferences, in the left side bar, you read Import-Export.
select a wb, Part or Part Design.
now go back to Edit/Preferences, Import-Export is translated in Importer-Exporter.

The preferences sidebar translation context was wrong for several of the workbenches until this past week: it's possible that the Import/Export string is also in the wrong context. @kaktus can you make a GH issue for this (if you haven't already)? I'm going to be relatively unavailable for a week or two here and I don't want it to get lost.

Actually FreeCAD's behavior is intriguing.

I start the program look into preferences I see `import-Export` (no translation).

I select the workbench `Mesh` then look into preferences and see `Import-Eksport` (string translated).

Loading some workbenches affects the fact that this string is reloaded to translated.
I wonder if this is an exception or if there are more such anomalies.
