Designing a clutch mechanism

Post by martind »

Dear FreeCAD Forum,
I want to design a clutch mechanism like the one shown in the picture.
What would be the best approach? I'd like to do this with parameters and patterns rather than drawing a sketch and constraining all angles and lenghts of the individual teeth.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Thank you so much. Thats in the direction I was looking for. Any tutorial you could recommend so that I could be able to do those steps on my own?
