Please don't oversell it, a development version is a development version, it is indeed a very high quality one that rarely gives serious problems but if using it please be aware that there is no guarantee, something might break unexpectedly in any update, so if you will be using it be ready to fallback to a stable release or earlier dev version. For example, the current weekly build is broken for anything that uses the smesh library (FEM, Mesh WB, maybe more), adn IIRC there might be a bug in techdraw regarding occt 7.7 too, things like that will happen.

As you well know, my reference was related to the inference that somehow only "lucky" users were allowed to test 0.21.
