as you can see above, the transition form keel to prow/splash deflector is nasty, although it is controlled.
I have some ideas ideas about how to improve it, but to be honest, i'm getting tired of this model. I'm not a boat guy, i just wanted to do a demo. so i just threw a bunch of boat things together: a bulk section, a prow, a transom, a keel, and a splash deflector.
The front to back is not a perfect curve, and that is on purpose. I'm demonstrating how separately designed portions can be smoothly blended, G2 baseline, with some faults (not perfectly G2), and yet somehow....G3 across most boundaries.

it is often an assumed feature, but those who try know it isn't, :
ParametricHistory McUpdateface (from foundation sketch) doesn't improve it at all, but there is design control.
