Weekly builds, FEM does not start

Hello community,
I have a problem to start the FEM workbench it fails with error message:

Both weekly builds -33110 and -33263 show the same message. I hoped the error would have been resolved with the newest build.

Can someone confirm? Is there a workaround? I tried to copy the files but it didn't work out.

It is hard to create/check translations of new tools if the WB doesn't start...
