Path operation for a simple stair

Post by knipknap »

I am trying to mill a simple stair, using a bit that is larger than the face of each stair.
I have tried pretty much all path operations with various options, but the path is always empty.

Any hint on how to do it? Ideally using adaptive clearing/adaptive profiling.

Thanks for the pointer! I didn't find it with Google, but found this a few posts down: viewtopic.php?t=78184 and the thread provides a way to get a working path.
