I am not very familiar with draft, so excuse me if this issue is known: Adding something to the construction group cannot be undone.
Steps to reproduce:
- draw two lines
- apply Menu->Utilities->AddToConstructionGroup. Result: both are colored blue and moved into the group
- Undo. Result: the second line is removed, but the group and coloring remain, although they had been done after the creation of the second line.

Re: Draft AddConstruction cannot be undone
I hope this and other issues with BIM, like errors re placement of components after rotating or moving with host after editing sketches, will be resolved in the near future. Huge potential just waiting for a few loose ends to be tied up! I trust there is a team looking at updating this WB.

Good to hear. I can't even remember to have had this issue.

Re: Draft AddConstruction cannot be undone
in my opinion ConstructionGroup can
be removed from freecad. I have been able to do everything with this
so far. it would make freecad clearer
Re: Draft AddConstruction cannot be undone
that construction group is still useful, I still use it all the time But yes, you can do everything without it by placing things yourself into groups, parts, etc. It's basically just a shortcut
