Annotation vs RichTextAnnotation
What is the difference between Annotation and RichTextAnnotation other than the editor? Don't they serve the same purpose and visually render the same?

Re: Annotation vs RichTextAnnotation
Anno was the original, stores the text as plain text, only does some elementary formatting and can't be attached to a parent view. Good for simple annotations.
RTA came later, stores the text as html, has lots of formatting options and can be attached to a parent view. Good for fancy annotations.
