Hi guys, I have a boolean cut problem

How is this happened? As you can see, the handle of two line are connected together.
I'm new on FreeCAD and please tell me how to solve this problem, thank you very much!

There is no problem. These seams are of a technical nature and are no indication of separate solids. In certain cases (on plane or cylindrical surfaces) they can be removed automatically by setting Refine=true in the last operation. This doesn't work here.

I see. I guess this is a coplanar issue. A clone may not work here, the cut may need a bit of overlap.

Besides: there are links going out of allowed scope and warnings from sketcher (which is no wonder, the sketches are rather messy). Especially the latter could be improved.
