It's always easier to find problem in a file than to create this file. :mrgreen:
Sometimes a solution can be to suppress all features and keep the sketches to choose an other construction tree using these same sketches.

I have a question: why did you choose for groove for the main hole?
And also for the other 2 minor ones (through holes) and the blind ones?

Meanwhile the first print of the object was delivered :-)

Well this is the proof of concept; The final is sintered metal :-) All the white parts you see, will be metal.
However it will be black hammerite and the horizontal lines will be Chrome.
Right in the middle there is the section where I but my Badge/logo.
