Issue #5782 - Possible bug with v0.20dev (was FC0.17) Part Design WB boolean function

Testers needed to see if issue is fixed per reports that it is: issue #3425

Not sure if it's the same issue, the boolean in the file apparently doesn't work even if you recompute, redoing the boolean initially makes it work, also with y placement=9mm

but y=8mm makes it fail maybe even worse than before (with refine=true)

with refine = false I think it's more like the issue described.

However the bug report says it should fail with 9mm not 8mm
