Since this is your first post: May I ask how you learned FreeCAD and its programming in Python?

I got to know FreeCAD and Python independently from the tutorials. I write macros for FreeCAD (animations) in other editors, such as Pycharm or even Notepad ++, because there is a syntax control. I am a hobbyist and FreeCAD is a fantastic FREE tool :)

Maybe you need a special feature, go into Macros_recipes and Code_snippets, Topological_data_scripting.
My macros on Gist.github here complete macros Wiki and forum.
