Talking back with the workflow, Yorik mentioned that panels function is inspired in WikiHouse project. I think for that purpose something necessary to include should be a system to import and save the components like blocks. Then these parts can be stored in a base of data and shared with other users. I do not know if FreeCAD has similar function.

This makes me think, I should add a thumbnail prevew to that script...
