So, you have to be physically in the same place as the other person to be able to pay a beer or two to someone? Interesting, this explains somethings...

Yes it explains to me that you are only considering your point of view.

I've would be very happy to be in Brussels with so many kind people, but maybe I could have some problems, maybe health, maybe money, maybe others.

I'm trying to help users, I have even done some tutorials on the Wiki, and some other things.

So apart some sarcastic posts what you have done for FC?

Kind regards.

No haha, you got it all wrong. :D

Our colleague said he cannot provide a good reward because he is not in the same physical place.

I am remembering that are other ways of doing that since we are living in an age where most things are already in the digital world. And this is awesome.

In other words, he can demonstrate his enjoyment of someone else works by transferring money, online. Or paying for an online beer or coffee.

Yeah, but most of the point of buying someone a beer is sitting down to drink one of your own with them, and I think most people, after the last couple years, would say that doing it by video chat really isn't the same. It's not about the actual cost of the drink.

I think the addon manager used to have a bug where it moved addons inside other addons when updating, which causes these multiple reports, search your mod directory for duplicates. Personally I just made a note with all I had installed, nuked the whole thing and reinstalled them.

I have a little Feature Request
Could you somewhere have a filter for "Hide add-on not updated longer than a Year". And set it up as default.
I also propose that on first open the List is sorted by the newest update/release

What are the pros on this enhancement?:
  1. The possibility to get still working add-ons rise.
  2. The possibility that an Add-on has support is higher.
  3. Software dependencies are so also newer and the problem of unpatched security holes is smaller.
  4. Some Add-on writer may are motivated to do something to not getting hidden.
  5. An add-on update get rewarded with a place at the first rows.

This seems a bit backward to me.

I care about the function of an add-on, not its age.

Yes, a very recent update may lead to a more reliable addon, but I have no interest in brand new addons that do not address my needs.

I really, really dislike the "SEO" concept. Good for advertisers; bad for users.

Yeah that does not seem like a healthy system and might encourage fake updates. If an add-on is not working and isn't updated anymore we can mark it as deprecated instead, if it's not updated but still works without issue there's no reason to hide them
