Sketcher: hide Snell's law by default.

When I right click on the tool bar space I get a check box menu that enable or disable by icon groups.
Each group has a handle so that you can move the group.
What if a right click on that handle brought up a list of icons within that group with check boxes. Easy to customize.
Right now a right click on the handle is the same as the right click on an empty space.

git commit ef62fc353 removes Snell's Law from the toolbar.
