Attempting to create stencils w/ 3D printing. Even w/ manually-added bridges, the sw reports "... multiple solids; not supported at this time." (something like that) this is when I specify the pocket to be some form of thru-all so that I get a hole (dim or thru same result). It is complaining about the middle of the "D" that is not supported by anything except that it is..... or looks like it is...???...
a) is there a better way to do this (create a stencil)?
b) is there A way to do this with this font?
See the "D" in the screenshot w /the giant bridges. As shown, the pocket is NOT a thru pocket so it is useless.

Not having the FreeCAD file it's difficult to tell what's going on there.
Or any of the info recommended in the link in the big pink banner.
But, I'd probably use Part workbench instead.

You can now select the faces and do a pocket through all now that you have the support added.

In PartDesign wb, the construction tree is chronological.
If you modify the first pocket, the bridge doesn't exist yet. (show the pocket : select + space-bar : no bridge)
Pocketing after (below - in the tree, after - chronologically) the bridge will work.
