Lidar / Elevation Map Links

After a discussion with @microelly2, we decided it might be a good idea to catalog Lidar, DEM, etc resources throughout the world for reference.

So, here's a brief list I've managed to develop after about an hour of random searching. Unfortunately, most of it is US-based, but I was also focused mostly on Lidar data. A lot of these links also include GIS-specific data.
