Ticket #2931: Box select misbehaves with touchpad navigation style

Post by Kunda1 »

issue #2931: Box select misbehaves with touchpad navigation style
Box select (Shift+B) does not behave correctly when touchpad navigation style is enabled. Shift+mouse is used for panning in this style. When box select is activated and a rectangle is drawn, after the selection is complete, the view will pan as if the user had simply held down shift and moved the mouse from the starting to the ending corner.

I can confirm the behaviour here. In addition to the original remarks: As soon as "shift+B" is pressed the mouse pointer changes already to the move pointer, i.e. the cross with four arrows.
