Oh! It's about Path workbench. Pity about the paywall.wmayer wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 12:50 pm In the latest c't edition there is again an article about FreeCAD: https://www.heise.de/select/ct/2021/24/ ... 2767040761
Re: FreeCAD on the web
I will register later and have a look at it.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.
Re: FreeCAD on the web
The article is not bad. It is based on 0.19 - which is a bit outdated in terms of Path WB - and shows the whole process from creating a job until postprocessing.

Re: FreeCAD on the web
I was just browsing this thread and saw this link. That community is now over 13,000 members. It's a community for CADENAS, a German company that aggregates 3D models across multiple vendors into catalogs and makes their entire database searchable in some unique ways. Not something that directly benefits us (apart from an obviously growing FreeCAD community), but it's a service I've never heard of. They've been around since the mid-2000's.PrzemoF wrote: ↑Fri Mar 26, 2021 3:52 pm I'm not sure what's that, but FreeCAD group with almost 10k members/ 8-D sounds crazy:

I think it might be worth to post release info there...

Re: FreeCAD on the web
Could it be a fancy honey pot for collecting data/emails/etc? I registered/logged, can't get any models. When I tried to download I has to provide some details again, just to be redirected to a vendor page without any models.
