To size Vertex: Preferences/Display/3D View/Rendering/Maker size
To width lines: Preferences/Sketcher/Display/Sketch editing/View scale ratio
Edit: This is in Master

Sidenote: you missed the "r" in "Marker size".

Thanks a lot to both of you. I never imagined that these settings would have the influence I was looking for.
This will make my screenshots more readable.
And it also works in LinkBranch.

With a high resolution display it it very hard to select points with the factory settings. I would like to have the vertices even bigger than the current biggest vertex size (15px).
