Not at all. Attached is the version with the spring washer offset off centre (as per https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic. ... 67#p592337)
Originally and as shown on .gif it is central.
I use a macro to rotate it continuously, but you can also rotate it manually to any specific angle using Dynamic Data
(part of the design - I use DD a lot. Like it very much!)
