[solved]freecad don't start on win7

Morning , i have installed freecad release 0.19.3 om my two computer with win7 service pack1 64bit .
When i start freecad compare this error:

Please see Known Issues https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=30573 and search for [WinError 127] it applies to all recent versions of FreeCAD on Windows to the best of my knowledge.

Ok, thanks for your help, but after a lot of win crash and reinstall system i have installed linux mind , and i have resolved my problem.
