0.19 error messages, how to fix?

Hello to all
in the past years I have already installed freecad 017 and 018 on win 7 either 32 or 64 bit but now I'm 019 giving me errors, do you know how I can fix it?

error messages_while starting, environment start, the start page is empty:
Illegal storage access ...
Unhandled Base :: Exception caught in GUIApplication :: notify.
The error message is: Illegal storage access! Please save your work under a new file name and restart the application!

error message if I try to install from addon manager:

We have seen this message coming from the graphics card driver. Try 0.20 and have a look at the Known OS specific issues.

I solved with the conda version who knows why this works
