Just for completeness, if someone have the same issue. Today i updated my Debian (nothing special, see list) and now the issue is solved. I have no idea which package update solved the issue. The update only updates something for internet/domain, video ffmpeg and openjdk, ..... funny.

You should pass -DBUILD_FEM=0 to cmake or simply use cmake-gui where you can disable it with unticking a check box.
Thank you for your hint.
Since passing any options to cmake is not straightforward in gentoo's portage, I digged deeper into the build process and build logs. Judging the build log file, the use flag does indeed influence the build!
'-fem' switches '-DBUILDFEM=yes' to '-DBUILDFEM=no' and makes some more fem-related entries disappearing.

Unfortunately, the error stays untouched.
Will try to downgrade OCCT now.
Done
Now, I have opencascade-7.5.3-r3. freecad ("FreeCAD 0.19 Revision: Unknown", but gentoo calls it 0.19.2-r4) compiled and starts.
By the way, at some point opencascade was installed twice, 7.5.3-r3 and 7.6.0_beta. I removed both and installed again 7.5.3-r3, for ensuring that only the 7.5.3-r3 was available.
