Exactly!, you have more information about that? exist some complement for freecad? On the description of the video it dont give me much information :/

They used a modified interFoam solver (I have never tested it).
https://github.com/krebeljk/openInjMoldSim
Simulating a thin structure with dualsphysics can be difficult.
There is a gap between the boundary and the fluid, see page 2 this thread and
http://dual.sphysics.org/index.php/faq/#Q_13

Hi group !! Good Morning everybody,

Someone know how do you modify the values of the pressure in a fluid simulation and it density? pricipally i need change the preassure for simulate the piston force pushing a fluid ...

Thanks for your time and help!

Do you mean to modify the xml-input file for dualsphysics?
Sorry Sir, but I have no theoretical background on particle-simulation.
As I said above: just for fun :)
BTW: can you post your model or a description what you want to calculate?
would be interesting to do a parellel run with openfoam and compare the results...

Thats kind of you, I interest on learn more about Open Foam you have a easy guide of the software?, by the other hand a critic description would be like this:

I have some problems with my injection process, I need simulate all parameters into the process

1. time x injection = 0.6s
2. Pressure of piston = 47k / cm²
3. Temperature = 110 ° c - 130 ° c
4. Material to inject = Zamak
5. density of Zamak = 6.7 g / cm³
6. Viscosity (n / mpa s) - Above 350 ° c = 0.07
7. Specific Heat = 419j / Kg. ° c
8. Liquid temperature = 400 ° C

My intention is apreciate the behavior of zamak into the mold for determinate and indetificate some break points for modify and upgrade my process ... I know that is complex, but some help about how to execute in open Foam or other free software it would be a great help... I have some models in freecad of the mould if exist any good man with interest in project.

There are some nice new tutorials how to install/use the
designsphysics-macro with FreeCAD.
