Will download 0.20 and try it.

I'm running a squeaky-clean fresh install of FreeCAD 0.19...literally did a clean-slate install of Ubuntu 22.04 a few days after it was released last month, and directly installed the latest versions of all the programs I use (which has been quite the headache admittedly...this isn't the only one). Worth noting that I first tried installing FreeCAD from the Software Center...and after "installing it", couldn't find any way to launch it. Ended having to install it via the command prompt...

@user1234: yes, I can dimension to the edge of the circle, as well as dimension the radius of the circle. There's just no way to access the center point of the circle.

The reason why i asked is, that it could be that FreeCAD does not recognize the holes as circles. When there is a very small slant in the direction of view, that can happen. This is also why i ask for a file. A very small slant is not really recognizable and the tolerance can be changed over the time.

Updated to 0.20.

BAM...all the missing markings are there...

...and all the settings work as expected now.
