Addon Manager in small icon mode seems very cluttered

Here's what it looks like on the latest snap edge using ExtremeProDark:

Besides the offset cell background color scheme which probably could use a tweak....the way Addon Manager displays info in this setting probably needs to be adjusted. I'm not sure how...perhaps truncating the description to a teaser with an elipsis at the end of it ? Not sure.

truncating can be tricky as it can result in nonsensical text depending on where it is truncated and the specific wording of each description, in any case the description should be omitted entirely or shown only as a tooltip when hovering.

This is like if you use 14px icons, like it is an option but are you mad?
I think an app-store layout would be way cooler and usefull, since people are used to such layout.

We have a ton of flexibility about what that area looks like -- it basically has to be a "list" of some kind, but the actual contents of any given row are relatively easy to change. So if someone wants to mock something up and post a screenshot here, I'd be happy to create a test PR that implements that view.
